How to install the mold gas spring

The application scope of mold gas spring balancer: used for automotive molds, parts welding, assembly lines, and various fixed positions with concentrated workload, heavy operating tools, and long tool usage time. Whether working on assembly lines or fixed workstations, manual tools and lifting equipment can be used in any situation, and can also be used as auxiliary tools for lifting tools to achieve the goal of reducing labor intensity. This product utilizes the energy accumulated by the coil spring to place the suspended operating tool in a weightless state. Greatly reduces the labor intensity of operations and improves labor production efficiency.
1、 Select a suitable mold gas spring balancer based on the weight of the tools and accessories.
2、 When hanging the mold gas spring balancer, be sure to connect the safety rope properly.
3、 Adjust the adjusting worm on the balancer to ensure that the balance weight of the balancer is consistent with the weight of the tool used, so that the tool can maintain balance at any position in the stroke, that is, the tool is in a weightless state. When adjusted clockwise, the counterweight will increase and decrease. When supplying, the counterweight has been adjusted to the middle value. When adjusting, the counterweight cannot be higher or lower than the rated value, otherwise it will affect normal operation.
4、 When removing the tool from the mold gas spring balancer, it is necessary to first pull out the stop pin rod, rotate it clockwise by 30 degrees, and then place it back into the groove. After locking the tower wheel, remove the tool to prevent the hook from suddenly unloading and quickly restore any injury or damage to the tool. Only after reloading tools or other heavy tools can the stop pin be disconnected and the stop pin rod be reset counterclockwise.
5、 When the mold gas spring balancer is not hung with tools, do not empty it without reason to avoid causing the steel wire rope to get stuck in the wrong groove or hang the groove.
6、 When the lateral movement slope of the operating tool exceeds 30 degrees, it is necessary to move closer to the vertical position when loosening the tool, otherwise it may cause the steel wire rope to get stuck in the wrong groove.
7、 Load the vertical suspension.
